Ceylon Broken Orange Pekoe 'Lovers Leap'
Description:
Located in the western area of Sri Lanka in the mountainous region of Nuwara Eliya, this tea estate looks down onto the clouds.
Local lore says that there is a cliff on the estate where lovers would leap off if they were forbidden to marry, hence the name Lovers Leap. The small, black leaves from this garden brew to a light amber cup with a forest aroma.
Strength:
Strong, best with milk
Ingredients:
Ceylon black tea
To make:
1 teaspoon for 200ml cup
Add freshly boiled water
Steep for 3-4 minutes then pour

100g will make around 40 cups of tea
