China Keemun Congou
China black tea from Qimen County in Anhui province. It was first produced in 1875 by a failed civil servant after he had learned the secrets of black tea production in Fujian. Since it's debut, Keemun has been considered the best black tea that China produces. Keemun's have thick full liquors with a rich aroma and sweet taste due to their surprisingly low tannin content.
