China Lung Ching


Lung Ching, translated as Dragons Well, is one of the most popular Chinese green teas. In order to protect the long leaves against breaking it is dried by hand in wide pans to a maximum of 80 degrees Celsius. The result is a very light, soft and sweet-fruity tea with the unique taste of Chinese green tea.


Weak to medium


Premium Chinese green tea

To make: 

1 level teaspoon for 250ml cup.
Use water slightly cooler than boiling at 80 degrees Celcius (just add a splash of cold water)
Steep for 2-3 minutes then pour.

One retail pouch will make: 

100g will make around 40 cups of tea
