Chinese Gunpowder Special
Description:
A tart taste with a large, bright green leaf! Named after the shape, which looks remarkably like shot pellets or gunpowder. Gunpowder originally comes from the Zhejiang province in South-East China and was the first Chinese tea known to the world outside of China.

Medium - strong
Ingredients:
Chinese green tea
To make:
1 level teaspoon for 200ml cup.
Use water slightly cooler than boiling at 80 degrees Celcius (just add a splash of cold water)
Steep for 2-3 minutes then pour.
Tea leaves can be re-infused several times.
