Japanese Genmaicha
Description:
A traditional Japanese large-leaf green Bancha uniquely blended with puffed rice kernels adding a roasted depth of freshness to this grassy tasting sencha. Beautifully pairs with savoury food, particularly sushi and salmon.

Ingredients:
Green tea and roasted rice
To make:
1 level teaspoon for 200ml cup.
Use water slightly cooler than boiling at 80 degrees Celcius (just add a splash of cold water)
Steep for 2 minutes then pour
Tea leaves can be re-infused several times
