A relaxing & restful aid! A delicious blend of comforting and calming herbs with gentle berry flavours and St Johns Wort to help you relax and unwind in the evening. St Johns Wort is said to be useful for anxiety disorders, mild depression and sleep disorders. 

We would recommend seeking further advice if drinking this tea for medicinal reasons as St Johns Wort may have interactions with other medicines.


Blackberry leaves, St. John's Wort, raspberry leaves, hibiscus, flavour, redcurrants, strawberry pieces, raspberry fruit granulate (glucose syrup, sugar, raspberries, sodium alginate) and blackberries.

To make: 

1 heaped teaspoon for 250ml cup
Add freshly boiled water
Steep for 6 - 10 minutes then pour

One retail pouch will make: 

50g will make around 30 cups of tea
