Really there is nothing better on the palate than a combination of spices. Our ever popular Nepal Masala spices are laid over a green sencha tea.
Chinese green sencha tea with cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, almond & orange peel
1 level teaspoon for 200ml cup.
Use water slightly cooler than boiling at 80 degrees Celcius (just add a splash of cold water)
Steep for 2-3 minutes then pour.
100g will make around 40 cups of tea
