Payment Options

For on-line orders we are only able to accept payment by credit and debit card. If you prefer doing it differently contact us by email or phone, note that the processing of these orders will take a little longer.  All orders are quoted and billed in New Zealand dollars.

 

Special Offers

From time to time we run promotions on our products. In the case of overlapping promotions, coupon codes from two different promotions cannot be used simultaneously. 

 

Post and Packaging Fee

We have three standard shipping fees regardless of the size of your order, from 100 grams to 5 kilos, Stewart Island to Kaitaia.

 

Deliveries

We ship every working day so you can receive your order as soon as possible.

Our deliveries are with NZ Post, delivery times frames can vary depending on location and season.  

General delivery timeframes:
Auckland – 1 to 2 business days
North Island – 2 to 3 business days
South Island – 3 to 5 business days
Rural – 5 business days
Australia*** - Currently unavailable due to difficulties with Australian Customs

If your order is not received within five business days of targeted delivery then please contact us and we will investigate further.

Claims for non-delivery after 30 days from the date of order will not be accepted.

International Orders: We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur. 

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

If your choice turns out to be not quite what you had in mind just send it back unopened within one week of receipt and we'll happily swap it or provide a refund. The cost of getting the goods back to us is yours but we will cover the cost of sending any replacement to you. Returns should be sent to Tea Total Ltd, 5C Apollo Drive, Mairangi Bay, Auckland 0632.

If you think there is a problem with any item in your order please contact us directly with your concerns and we'll make arrangements as necessary. This should be done within thirty days of receiving your order. Please contact us if you require further information.

 

Privacy

Tea Total Ltd keeps your personal information safe. We take your privacy and security seriously. The server that we store personally identifiable information on is kept in a secure environment. We do not provide any third parties with your personal details unless absolutely required as part of the order fulfillment process (banks or courier companies for example.) Your contact information and billing details are needed for Tea Total Ltd to create your account and to process and deliver your orders.

 

Credit Card Security

Tea Total Ltd uses SSL and does not store credit card information on our website or in our database. All payments are handled by a secure PCI which compliant, third party. No actual card data is held or used by Tea Total Ltd.

PCI DSS is a comprehensive set of requirements created by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council for enhancing cardholder data security and to ensure the safe handling and storage of sensitive customer credit card information or data. Windcave Limited is a Level 1 Service Provider and is compliant to PCI DSS Version 3.2 standard.
