Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
If your choice turns out to be not quite what you had in mind just send it back via courier post unopened within one week of receipt and we'll happily provide a refund. The cost of getting the goods back to us is not refundable. Returns should be sent to Tea Total Ltd, 19F Triton Drive, Rosedale, Auckland 0632.
If you think there is a problem with any item in your order please contact us directly with your concerns and we'll make arrangements as necessary. This should be done within thirty days of receiving your order. Please contact us if you require further information.
