Delivery

We ship every working day so you can receive your order as soon as possible.

Our deliveries are with NZ Post, delivery times frames can vary depending on location and season.  

General delivery timeframes:
Auckland – 1 to 2 business days
North Island – 2 to 3 business days
South Island – 3 to 5 business days
Rural – 5 business days

If your order is not received within five business days of targeted delivery then please contact us and we will investigate further.

Claims for non-delivery after 30 days from the date of order will not be accepted.

International Orders:

Once your order has been shipped, we recommend keeping a close eye on the tracking details to ensure you’re available to receive it. 

We’re not liable for failed delivery attempts, additional charges from repeated delivery attempts, or if the product is returned to us.

Please also note that international orders are placed at your own risk when it comes to customs delays, duties, or restrictions, and we’re unable to take responsibility for issues that may arise at your country’s border.

Australia*** – Depending on your order it may not have an issue with Australian Border Control. Send an email through to sales@teatotal.co.nz with what you'd like to order and we can look into it for you.

Returns

If we have made a mistake with your order, we will send out a replacement along with a post bag for return of the incorrect product.

However, if you decide, for whatever reason, you don't wish to keep the item ordered, we will refund the returned product upon receipt. The return will be at your expense. Note that we will only receive returns of teas if their packaging has been unopened.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been processed and picked up by NZ
Post you will receive an email with your tracking number and website link to view your delivery information.
