Lemon Balm & St Johns Wort Relax
When it's time to slow down, unwind and relax. St Johns wort is said to be useful for anxiety disorders, raspberry leaves as relaxants and liquorice root to soothe and sweeten!
Apple pieces, lemon balm leaves, St John's wort, raspberry leaves, liquorice root, flavour, raspberry fruit granulate (glucose syrup, sugar, raspberries, sodium alginate) and blue mallow flowers.
1 heaped teaspoon for 200ml cup
Add freshly boiled water
Steep for 6 - 10 minutes then pour
A nice relaxing cuppa
70g will make around 30 cups of tea
