1. Promoter
This giveaway is run by Tea Total (2018) Limited, located at 19F Triton Drive, Rosedale, Auckland 0632, in collaboration with InSinkErator.

2. Eligibility
Entry is open to New Zealand residents only. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over. Employees of Tea Total, InSinkErator, associated agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. Promotional Period
The giveaway opens at 12pm Friday 5th of June 2026 and closes at 12pm Friday 10th of July 2026. Entries received after this time will not be included in the draw.

4. How to Enter
There are three ways to enter the Tea Total x InSinkErator MultiTap Giveaway:

a) Fieldays Wristband Scan
Customers who scanned their Fieldays wristband with Tea Total at Fieldays will automatically receive one entry into the draw.

b) Social Media Comment Entry
Entrants can receive one entry per comment by commenting on the official giveaway post on Tea Total’s Instagram or Facebook page and tagging a friend. Each valid comment with a tagged friend counts as one entry.

Each valid comment must tag a friend on the official Tea Total giveaway post on Instagram or Facebook. Duplicate comments, repeated tags of the same friend, spam comments, fake accounts, business accounts, or comments that do not follow the entry instructions may be deemed invalid at Tea Total’s discretion.

c) Online Store Purchase Entry
Customers will automatically receive four entries into the draw for every purchase made through the Tea Total online store during the competition period. This entry method applies to online purchases only and does not apply to in-store purchases.

Online purchase entries apply to completed purchases made through the Tea Total online store during the competition period only. Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, or incomplete orders will not be eligible for entry. Each eligible online order
will receive four entries into the draw.

5. Prize
One lucky winner will receive one InSinkErator MultiTap and a Tea Total Ultimate Pyramid Sample Box, valued at $2,580.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

6. Installation Not Included
The prize does not include installation, plumbing, electrical work, additional parts, or any other associated costs. Installation must be arranged by the winner at their own cost, using appropriately qualified professionals where required.

7. Winner Selection
The winner will be randomly drawn at 12pm on Friday 10th July 2026. The draw will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.

8. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted by Tea Total via email using the contact details provided at the time of entry. If the winner cannot be contacted within 2 weeks, Tea Total reserves the right to redraw the prize.

Tea Total may announce the winner publicly using their first name or initials. No further personal information will be shared without the winner’s consent.

9. Prize Delivery or Collection
Delivery of the prize to a valid New Zealand address is included. Tea Total will arrange delivery with the winner once they have been contacted and verified. Tea Total and InSinkErator are not responsible for any delays, loss, or damage once the prize has been dispatched.

10. Scam Awareness
Please beware of scam accounts or messages. Tea Total will never ask for credit card details, payment, or personal banking information to claim this prize. If you are unsure whether a message is genuine, please contact us directly at sales@teatotal.co.nz.

11. Use of Personal Information
Personal information collected as part of this giveaway will be used for the purpose of administering the giveaway, contacting the winner, and, where applicable, sending Tea Total marketing communications to entrants who have signed up to receive them. Entrants can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Tea Total’s privacy practices.

12. General Conditions
Tea Total reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an incomplete or misleading entry, or breaches these Terms and Conditions.

13. Changes to the Giveaway
If for any reason the giveaway cannot run as planned, Tea Total reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway where necessary.

14. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Tea Total and InSinkErator are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with the prize, including installation or use of the prize.

15. Acceptance of Terms
