Hibiscus Margarita
30ml of Tequila
125ml of chilled Hibiscus tea
2 or 3 ice cubes
A squeeze of lemon
A splash of sugar syrup: ¼ cup sugar with ¼ cup water dissolved over the stove.
Put all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake hard.
South American Tea Sour
40ml of Pisco
40ml of Ginger Lemon Kiss Iced Tea
15ml of Lemon/Lime juice
1 Teaspoon of Icing Sugar
1 Egg white
2 to 3 drops of Angostura
Put all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake hard. Serve without ice and add the drops of Angostura to decorate at the end.
Teasmopolitan
30ml of Vodka
10 ml of Cointreau liqueur
30ml of Mellow Cranberry & Carrot Iced Tea
10ml of fresh Lime/Lemon juice
Put all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake hard. Serve without ice.
