Have you ever thought about making jelly with tea? It's a delicious, healthy and refreshing treat that cuts down on sugar without sacrificing on flavour. The best part is you can use any tea you like! Fruit teas (such as our Coconut Pina Colada and Pineapple Mango Star) work fantastically, but why stop there? - 400ml of boiling water
- 3 heaped tablespoons of your choice of Tea Total Tea
- 2 tablespoons of unflavoured gelatine
Infuse your tea of choice for at least 10 minutes, then remove tea. Sprinkle with the gelatine and whisk until dissolved. Pour into your moulds (we used ice trays) and refrigerate over night.
It's as easy as that!
